• Design and construction of two distribution units (unit 7 - 93,000 sqft and unit 8 - 76,000 sqft).
• Integral first and second floor offices (unit 7 - 4,600 sqft and unit 8 - 5,200 sqft).
• 14 no dock levellers and 4 no level access doors.
• Infrastructure works comprising extension to the existing estate road, incoming services, foul and storm drainage pumping and attenuation.
