Internally along with the 72 Luxury Apartments The Shires comprises of Restaurant, Village Hall, Library, Hair & Beauty, Fitness Suite, Crafts Room, Laundrette, Offices, Reception and much more.

External Works comprising of Section 278 Works, Car Park, Footpaths and Feature Soft Landscaping.
