Project Overview
• Repair and maintenance works to the existing shopping centre.
• Refurbishment of all elevations including construction of a raised entrance hall, repairs to and replacement of windows, brick and concrete repairs and signage.
• Removal of the existing roof covering and replacement with a high performance membrane along with replacement roof lights and high level glazing.
• Complete mall refurbishment with replacement floors and ceilings along with replacement sprinkler, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Refurbishment of the centre management suite and public toilets.
