Extensive Ground Remediation. Controlled Modulus Columns (CMC) Foundation and Floor Slab Solution.
Integral First Floor Offices totalling 5,500ft2 (Units 7 to 9).
15 Level Access Doors (Units 1 to 6 – 5 no , Units 7 to 9 – 3 no and Unit 10 Self-Storage Facility – 7 no).
Tenant Early Access to Unit 10 Self-Storage Facility Four Weeks prior to Practical Completion.
External Works comprising of Service Yards, Access Road, Car Parks and Footpaths.
